DAY ONE

One of our representatives will be waiting for you at the airport. We guarantee that you feel like relaxing on the way to your accomodation place as you chat with you representatives. For your comfort, we think any little detail in your accomodation place.

DAY TWO

In the morning, after a nice breakfast your representatives will show you the area first giving information about the life style, culture and people relationships. Now you roughly know where you are! It’s time to see properties one by one. Whilst you see the properties you will clean the question Marks in your mind through being an expert of construction and property business. During this time you will have breaks for lunch, drink, resting… In the evening time if you require, you will be taken out fort he diner.

DAY THREE

The same activities as the day before. You will meet aftersales manager and its team to know more about what we do for our clients in Asem family and you will see they have another eyes in Turkey because we believe that we wouldn’t be this prestigious if we didn’t have a strong aftersales team! Later on we will welcome you in our sales Office to give informations about the legal procedures of buying a property in Turkey then we will discuss the situation together. Should you require, a contract template will be given to you have a read.

DAY FOUR

If you are happy with the conditions through buying your dreams home in Turkey, its time for spending a couple of hours to sort the legal formalities which start with signing the contract at your solicitor’s and finish with openning a bank account. Welcome to Asem family and congratulations! You have reached your dream home in Turkey! It would be nice to celebrate the decision that you will never ever regret.
